Know what is good for sustainable employment? A sustainable economy- an economy with a stable foundation of resource inputs, predictable weather patterns, and myriad benefits that nature provides us. What else? Policy makers that preference people over GDP- and make decisions accordingly, whether on the grounds of trade, technological progress, subsidy or regulation.  What else? A stable economy- an economy that does not boom and bust, creating short term employment opportunities, long term insecurity and exacerbating inequality.
