Family Size Tax Code Amendment

AN ACT

To amend Title 26.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SEC. 1. AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 32 OF TITLE 26.

(a) Paragraph (1)(b) of (26 U.S.C. 32) is amended by striking “3 or more” and all that follows through “21.06”.

(b) Subparagraph (A)(2)(b) of (26 U.S.C. 32) is amended by striking “or more”.

SEC. 2. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 24 OF TITLE 26.

 (a) Subsection (b) of (24 U.S.C. 32) is amended by inserting the following subsection;

 “(3) Qualifying Children: Credit allowances under subsection (a) shall apply to a maximum of two qualifying children.”
